When a report is run, the output to the screen should be split with the bottom half being the status of the tool and the top half being the report results. Sometimes the split screen gets compressed on a report which then cause all the reports to behave the same way.
Solution: Run a quick report. When the status screen says it's complete, use your mouse cursor and move to the top of the screen output until you see the pointer change to a cross hatch, then drag that top line down so that you now have the report output and below is the status output.
